Through the Ages: A New Story of Civilization is a revised edition of the original Through the Ages. This is a card drafting game where players attempt to build the most powerful civilization, starting in the age of antiquity and ending in the modern age. Through careful use of resources, discovering new technologies, electing the right leaders, and having a powerful military, you can come out on top and claim victory over your opponents. New technologies require enough science to discover it, enough food for the population to maintain it, and enough ore to build the building to use it. Be careful not to let your military be too weak or else you’ll be preyed upon by stronger players. However, military might alone will not help you achieve victory. The player at the end of the modern age with the most culture points wins.
