Noria is similar to an engine building game like Terraforming Mars, but with a new “wheel building” mechanic. Players all have an action wheel consisting of three rings with slots for their action tokens. Throughout the game players will focus on managing resources, building ships and factories, and using those ships to visit floating islands. By collecting new tokens and manipulating the wheel players can become more efficient and build their empire even bigger. Don’t forget to bribe the politicians to help your investments.
