Game of Thrones Oathbreaker

Description

Game of Thrones: Oathbreaker is a game of deception and deduction in which the person playing the king or queen must figure out who is loyal and who is a conspirator. The players who are not the king/queen play the lords and ladies of Westeros. Some are loyalists who want order in the realm while others are conspirators who seek to undermine the throne. All of them have a secret agenda. Each round the players play mission cards with associated influence types of crowns, ravens, or swords, and then place their house sigil at the mission where they played the most cards. Each mission is then resolved. For each success, Order is generated. If a mission fails then Chaos is generated. Nobles earn rewards based on if the mission with their sigil succeeded or failed. The king or queen can play decree cards to grant favor to those who seem loyal, or cast suspicion on those who don’t. If the king was right then Order is generated, or Chaos if he was wrong. In the end if there is more Order than Chaos then the king and any loyalists who achieved their personal ambitions win. Otherwise any conspirators who achieved their ambitions win.
